The End of The World in 2012 – Truth or Fiction

Naturally No Comments »

Many people seem to believe that the year 2012 end of the world disaster is truly going to happen. Will it? What will really occur if this happens though? Many theories abound about it. Some people believe that the earth is going to be torn apart by some sort of spatial object. This could be a so-called black hole coming too near our solar system. Others believe that Planet X, sometimes called Nibiru, is going to return in its long orbit around the sun. The theorists think that Planet X will be passing very close to the Earth at some stage and it will be this that causes the earth’s destruction.

One of the other theories is that of an asteroid hitting the earth. However, many scientists have pointed out that there is no asteroid on a collision course with earth, or at least not one that we can detect. An asteroid will pass “close” to the earth, but the definition of close, in this case, is about 18 times the distance from earth to the moon. Although in astronomical terms this is close, it is not close enough to cause concern amongst astronomers and scientists.

A geomagnetic reversal event caused by a solar flare is another theory. The reversal will supposedly have the effect of change the two poles polarity, causing massive natural disasters.

There are many websites online that have advice and information on the 2012 phenomenon, but one such site has a mass of information. It is december2012endofworld.com. This site features reports on the truth about the various disasters that will strike earth, including a full 360 degree look at 2012.
